If someone thinks your house looks amazing, they are willing to pay a little more for it. Nothing to be done, no maintenance that is neglected, that goes a long way in this market. Professional staging has its place as well, always ask about those services with a Realtor.
My home in Michigan would have never sold if it wasn’t staged, rooms look larger, bathrooms look like Spa’s, its amazing the things you can do.
