The experts predict more foreclosures in 2009, and a comeback in 2010 or 2011. We have been hard hit by the financial industry and construction which will add to our bad economy.

These predictions make sense to me, that’s why 2009 is the best year to get into Real Estate, the deals you can find are out of this world. The main strategy that works for investing is buy and hold. Personally I enjoy re-hab projects with a little elbow grease can turn into great properties.
