Phoenix losing people?

This article talks about how they think population in Phoenix could be declining.
It is a possibility based on their research, but do you care? I don’t honestly, people come to Arizona for the weather. Last time I checked, that isn’t going anywhere! It might take a couple years, but eventually the foreclosure inventory will dry up and things are going to get moving again.
A great deal of people I talk to in Michigan are contemplating moving here, just because there are still jobs and the weather. Every time I call and talk about the sun, it hurts a little more..
